1 year old!!

I can't believe Reagan is 1. It was an exciting day and also a day of remember whens. We had a little party on Saturday and he loved having all the attention. Grandma and Grandpa Crosland spoiled him like crazy and brought tons of balloons! He still is pulling the strings and dragging them around the house. He had his 1 year check up today and he is 22 lbs (60th percentile) his head is 19 inches (95th percentile) and thanks to the Rees genes he is 28 1/2 inches long... (10th percentile!!!!!!)

I really do have myself a little Ben but thats okay I love it. I don't care if he's short. He's the smartest little guy ever. He's doing things his dr. said most babies don't figure out until closer to 16-18 months of age. He is still a wild man and pretty much runs all day long. He's a good sleeper and a good eater if he can feed himself. So he eats a lot of fruit loops and pasta :) I'm trying to get rid of the bottle which is not going so well but we will figure it out. :) Here are some pictures for you to enjoy :)

What happened?

Once upon a time I had a sweet, cuddly, cute, peaceful baby.....

Now....

I have a wild thing...

He has learned how to terrorize everything in his path. He climbs on the couch, he starts the dishwasher, he pulls out all the pans, he throws his food on the floor, he throws everything out of his crib if he doesn't want to sleep, he has learned how to take his own diaper off, he dumps out all his toys, he climbs stairs, he runs around naked, he pulls things out of drawers and off of shelves....... and he says more....

but.... he gives me the sweetest kisses every morning :)

Sorry I've been out of the blogging world we haven't had a computer but I will pick a few pictures and update you the best I can :)

Reagan is now almost 10 months old!! He's soooo much fun. He's walking and climbing and causing all sorts of trouble. He will not hold still for 5 seconds. I can not believe how much energy the kid has but I love it. He recently had his first dentist appointment and he doesn't like Dr. Chappell as much as Grandpa Chappell but he did good and Kevin said his gums felt strong and all the spots were in the right spot. So even his teeth will be perfect :)

9 Months 20 lbs 28 inches

Halloween was so much fun. Reagan was a dragon and he would growl at people. It was so cute. We only went to a few neighbors houses and then people we knew that lived near by and he got lots of candy and everyone loved him :)

8 months old and he got his first tooth on his 8 months birthday. His second one followed a couple of weeks later :) His new favorite toy is the pots and pans ha ha.

7 months old he is crawling and getting into everything and sleeping great at night. He's such a bottle baby and he no longer is spitting up FINALLY! We went to California with the Chappells. He loved the beach until he got cold and he was a pretty good traveler. He has also mastered standing up in his crib so we had to move the crib down to the lowest setting.

6 months old. He's a master sitter now and he loves fruit. We just moved into a house the end of July and he likes to play in his own room. He loves when his dad reads to him and he's struggling to sleep at night by himself.

5 months old he is as cute as ever. His favorite words are da da and sometimes ma ma. He mostly just babbles and no one understands him but he's such a joy. We love him to death.

Reagan is our whole life. He's a spoiled baby and he loves attention. :) He also loves the cartoon Super Why haha It's the one time during the day he will sit there and focus without trying to run away. Our house is coming together finally. It still looks like a tornado hit but we are trying to get it all perfect. Home remodel is hard with a baby!!!

Loves and Hates of a 4 month old

Our little Reagan is 4 months old! He's so fun and has such a personality.

He knows what he likes and doesn't like and it's funny to find out.

He LOVES Rice Cereal and Pears. He has only had Pears and Apples. Both were a hit.

He had Bananas one day and they didn't work out so well so we will try them again later.

He hates socks! He will pull on them or once in a while he will fuss and as soon as you take the socks off he will smile and be much happier. Silly little boy! I guess he will be like me and only like flip flops :)

He LOVES holding his own bottle but he can't really do it so I have to prop it up or help without him knowing :)

He LOVES to be up and going. He's a social baby so this toy has been a life saver!

He LOVES to be wild and crazy. He has always made the funniest faces.

He LOVES to put everything into his mouth!

Even his little toes :)

He HATES blankets on him. He gets this from Ben and will kick all of them off of himself.

So I have to be sneaky and cover him once he's out!

I think he just gets sick of me taking it a million times a day so he hides.

Little Danger is so much fun. I know I say that all the time but he is! He's entertaining and talks a lot! He's a good sleeper now and likes to be outside in the stroller. Oh he also likes to go shopping :) Mostly because he gets a lot of attention and everyone stops and talks to him and he flashes them all a big smile!

He has the CUTEST laugh. Ben got his laughing so hard the other day that he couldn't stop. It was hilarious. :)

Between Ben hating pictures and trying to convince a 4 month old to smile this is the best picture we got ha ha :) I love my little family!!

Catchin up!

These are Reagan's 3 month old pictures. He's almost 4 months now so I figured I better post them before that day :) Our friend Kati took a few shots of him for us and they are super cute.

He's a very social baby. Whenever we go somewhere he smiles and talks to whoever will talk to him. It sure makes the old ladies at the grocery store happy.

He can almost sit up by himself.

He sleeps through the night now :)

He is a very happy baby and likes to laugh but he's also a handful.

He likes to be "in the know" and always wants to do whatever we are doing.

He is definitely not a mellow baby.

He likes to be standing up and hates being on his stomach.

He is a morning person and I am not! Luckily his dad is and so they play

at 6 am while mom sleeps in :)

My birthday was on Sunday and for my birthday Reagan thought it would be fun to say Da Da.

He doesn't say it on command but it will just randomly say it. I don't think he's quite figured out that his dad is Da Da because he just randomly says it.

Now for my mini vent. As you know Ben works at US Bank and a girl there is pregnant and she thinks its weird that I am a stay at home mom. Ben will tell her sometimes that Reagan likes to be held and played with by us and she will make comments like yeah he's spoiled because his mom stays home with him. Yes I admit he is spoiled. He has everything he could ever dream of and I think every outfit Carter's clothing sells and he usually gets what he wants because I don't let him cry for very long because he starts to gag himself if I do but I think it's important that I am home with him. I don't want my son to spend time at a day care. I don't think she means it rude and there is nothing wrong with taking your babies to day care, but when Ben and I were dating he asked me what I wanted to do with my life. I told him I love my paralegal degree and I had so much fun doing it but my goal in life was to be a wife and a mother and that is one of the things he loves most about me.

Life is great. We gave up the house hunt but now we are ready to start again. So wish us luck!
